Christ compels us to 'show' his love - What more practical way to do it than by helping to transform a neighborhood?

Join the Hills Alive Habitat for Humanity "Home Team". This is your opportunity to show Christ's love with area families by joining a team of volunteers who will contribute hours of construction and renovation during the month of September, to renew the North 7th Street neighborhood in Rapid City, SD. This will be accomplished through the Habitat for Humanity home building and Brush with Kindness home improvement programs, home by home, family by family.

Starting now online you can download an application, to be a part of the Home Team. Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Teams and church groups encouraged and welcomed. Team members must be 14 years and above. An international mission may cost $3000 or more. However, this local opportunity is only $300 to help cover the cost of materials. A $20 deposit will secure your spot on the "Home Team".

If you have a heart to help and a little time to give, put your hands to work this Fall and bring missions home with KSLT, KLMP, and THE POINT and Habitat for Humanity by joining with us on the Hills Alive Habitat for Humanity Home Team neighborhood improvement project. You will be transforming our community, one house at a time, and more importantly, your help will bring hope to many families.

We've filled our positions for the first week, now we're looking for your help on the 2nd week! The 2nd week on the project starting Sept 21st, we will be working on the inside walls.
