John has been in this region's radio airwaves for over 34 years with half of them right here at KSLT/KLMP. John's passion has always been "on the air", he loves creating and entertaining which is evident every time he's on and with his commercials you hear. Outside activities include fun Daddy things with his favorite growing buddy's, Matthew and Olivia, motorcycle rides and shopping trips with his new bride Mel. Fresh lobster is his favorite food with lots of melted butter. Someday they, John & his family, hope to enjoy a vacation to the upper East Coast.

Jamie Knapp
Afternoon Host, 2 - 7 Weekdays
Jamie was born and raised in Rapid City South Dakota. Although being a full-time radio personality is new to her, music has always been a passion. She remembers the days when she would hang out in her room as a kid and just listen to music for hours singing along. She admits, however, that she really can’t sing, and her husband Luke can verify this! Jamie is proud to say she has been married for about 10 years and has 3 beautiful children. She enjoys cooking, entertaining guests, and getting out into the beautiful Black Hills. Her favorite beverage is a blended decaf white chocolate mocha with extra caramel and whip cream. Try ordering that one and staying thin! Jamie truly believes in "treating others the way you want to be treated." Her pet peeve is sitting in traffic.
