Dear Younger Me by
Kara Anderson

Saturday Morning - 6am - 10am
Sunday Morning - 6am - 12pm

Dave got bit by the radio bug at an early age when he saved up his allowance and bought his first stereo when he was just seven years old. Before he could drive he'd ride his bike to the local radio station on the weekend to learn everything he could. By the time he was 16 he got his first job in late 1983 and has been behind the mic ever since. When isn't on the air, you'll most likely find him spending time with his family, tinkering with cars in his garage, swimming in the pool if it a hot day, or falling asleep in his Lay Z Boy recliner! Dave's been married to his wife Shauna since January 1990. Together they have raised four daughters. Dave's hope and desire is that when you tune in to KSLT that you'll always be encouraged and maybe find a laugh or two along the way.

Sunday Morning - 12pm - 6pm

Kara Anderson

Welcome Kara Andera!
She can be heard on KSLT Sundays 12-6pm! She's not a newbie to fact she has several years experience under her belt and is a familiar voice in the Rapid City community. She is married and has a toddler. Her faith drastically deepened when she had to temporarily care for her husband when he fell ill. Recovered and doing well, she recently told her mom she was ready to dive in and work for the Lord. That is when a divine opportunity came her way when she ran into KSLT Program director Jamie Knapp. Kara is going to be such a great voice of encouragement for the 5 state area from this point forward! So happy to have Kara on board!

Saturdays 10am-2pm

This past year has been an emotional rollercoaster, from our-camper being totaled, to my dad becoming ill and passing away. Then my youngest son being deployed to Kosovo. KSLT has been my anchor as I feel God’s presence during my moments of worship. Thank you – Lisa Smith
