By supporting this radio station, you make a HUGE impact in several lives.  Here are some stories that we have received this year we want to share with you.

Hello KSLT, my name is Christine and I wanted to share something with you. 3 years ago today about this time we pulled into Spearfish SD. We did not know a soul, but my 2 son's & I moved here so that I could get my Bachelor's degree at BHSU. Well, I accomplished that 6 months ago tomorrow. I have had different jobs, people coming and going in my life while being here and no Church for a number of reasons to call home. However, one thing that has never wavered is my radio dial at home, in the car, or at work and that is KSLT. It has been such a blessing to my son's & I. I never ever listened to Christian music until we moved here and I can't begin to tell you how much your station and words of encouragement from the DJ'S, and the amazing music fills my spirit! Mandisa 's Overcomer & Matthew West Stronger have been theme songs to getting through crazy and painful times! How can I ever thank you all for the difference you have made in my life. Bless you all truly!!!!

KSLT has been such a blessing. I am no longer in the listening area, but I give you this last gift to continue god’s Good Work!

Love love love the station. Don't listen to anything else in the car or @ home. You guys do great!!! Keep on keeping on :0)

My husband & I am going through one of the roughest patches of our life left now & the songs Jenn Buell has been playing this afternoon have been of great comfort to me! My daughter, son-in-law, and 5 grandkids are moving to Rhode Island soon & maybe we're wimps, but it's hurting so bad left now. Thanks again & God Bless!!

I just wanted to say that I start every morning listening to KSLT, this allows my day to start out with a song of God's love in my heart. I usually keep that song (whatever song) playing in my head for the whole day until I'm off work and I'm back home and can turn KSLT back on. I don't have a radio in my vehicle and I listen at home on my iPod. I am so thankful for your radio station and for your DJs. You have the most uplifting words say and somehow you know that left song to play just at the perfect moment. My husband is not a "Christian Music" fan, so I am not allowed to have the music playing while he is at home or if he is in hearing distance. I pray that God will soften his heart but, I know that God has a plan for him. I just have to be patient and keep praying. I just wanted to say Thank you for doing such a great job! You make such a Difference in my life and in my day. You are there to help me make it through difficult times, and you give me support through the songs of God's love. I pray for you, the radio station and for all your families for God's loving grace to bless you.

Hi, Rick from Anchorage, Alaska, I just wanted to say that I went down to North Dakota to work the oil fields, out of Belfield, ND and found your radio station, and I loved it. It got me thru the days working there so much. Anyway, I'm back in Alaska now, and I bring your station up online and listen to it now. Anyway thanks for your station, and I will always remember my time working in ND and how you guys helped get me thru that time and now it's a positive memory, Thanks, God Bless, Rick Wilson Anchorage, Alaska

Neat story about the song "Build Your Kingdom Here" that caused me a flashback this morning.

I was blessed to be one of the trip leaders that led a group of 115 youth and adults on a mission trip to Seattle last June.

This song was our theme song, and we sang it each night as part of our daily worship.

We staged on Bainbridge Island, so had to take the ferry each day to get to our work sites in Seattle.

On our last day as we headed home, a group of youth decided to have an impromptu worship service on the top deck of the ferry. As we finished jamming to this song, we heard an announcement over the ship pa that there was going to be a memorial service on board the ship, for one of their crew members who had passed away unexpectedly the previous week. We quit left away and headed to the back of the boat.

As two ferries met in the middle of the Puget Sound, they stopped, and alternated sounding their horns. And then the captain threw a wreath into the water to honor their mate.

A bunch of kids from our group felt like they should sing, so they sang "Amazing Grace." And then everyone on board joined in.

As we were getting off the ferry, the Captain stopped me and one other adult. I started to apologize because we didn't want them to think we were being disrespectful jamming to "Build Your Kingdom Here." He broke down in tears and said "Absolutely not! I have no doubt your group being on this ferry was a Divine Moment, and I want your group to know how much it meant."

Jamie, a number of those kids that were on that trip are now grieving and praying today, as they are students at RC Stevens.

As I watched the video that you posted, I could not help but be so thankful that some of those kids are among that group. Blessings to you!

Love the morning show! Also, love that my kids love it too, and never ask to change the channel, but instead sing along with the music. J!!

Lord Jesus I just pray for KSLT. Lord for using music to minister to people and thank you for all the radio stations tonight Lord and protect them tonight Lord and Lord I call down guardian angels over the radio stations tonight Lord that you will protect the radio stations tonight Lord and thank you Lord in Jesus name amen be blessed I am blessed.

This past year has been an emotional rollercoaster, from our-camper being totaled, to my dad becoming ill and passing away. Then my youngest son being deployed to Kosovo. KSLT has been my anchor as I feel God’s presence during my moments of worship. Thank you – Lisa Smith
