Bethesda Christian Broadcasting (BCB Radio) Contest Rules
The following rules and regulations apply to all contests conducted by Bethesda Christian Broadcasting. Individual contests may have specific qualifications and rules, please read the complete rules for each game at KSLT.com, KLMP.com or 97.9thepoint.com before playing. On-air announcements or webpage rules will take precedence over general contest rules in all prize contests.
General contests where prize value is less than $250; only one winner per radio station is allowed per household once every 30 days. Major contests where prize value exceeds $250; only one winner or qualifier per station is allowed during each major contest. All individuals are eligible to participate in major contests even if they have won a prize from a general contest in the last 30 days. Contests are open to US residents, 18 years of age or older. US residents under the age of 18 are eligible to win general contests where the prize value cannot exceed $25.00. Prizes unclaimed after 30 days may be forfeited and become property of BCB Radio. Employees of BCB Radio and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Part-time employees and volunteers who are not on-air personalities are excluded from this limitation.
Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable. Prize winners are responsible for any taxes or fees that result upon receipt of the prize. By accepting the prize, winner will hold BCB Radio harmless of any liability for any injury or damage to persons and/or things as a result of the acceptance of the prize offered. Contestants may be recorded to be broadcast on the air and/or on our website. Winner grants BCB Radio the right to use the winner’s name, likenesses, photographs, etc. for use in advertisements or informational materials. BCB Radio reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including but not limited to the use of fraudulent means to participate, violation of any official contest rules or unforeseen technical errors. Contests are void where prohibited by law.
