You are not alone. Whether you struggle with suicidal thoughts or you have lost a loved one to suicide, many people out there want to help you.
A girl noticed that some of her classmates were struggling with self-esteem. She did something extraordinary she wrote dozens of uplifting notes with uplifting messages and posted them all over the girls bathroom at her school.
