The position of the Rapid City chapter president of Sleep in Heavenly peace involves coordinating bed builds and the delivery of beds to kids 3-17 years of age. Sleep in Heavenly peace is a Nationwide non-profit with a mission to get kids off the floor and into beds of their own. This organization is highly motivated and well organized with many levels of support and resources. To become a chapter president, you would need to attend a weekend of training presented by the national committee. You would then be equipped with all the resources and knowledge needed to take over and carry on the program. This organization is already established in Rapid City, so you would need only to take over what is already in place. Running this organizations is very rewarding and well supported by the community. There are no productivity requirements so you can dictate how many beds you want to make and deliver.
